Job Opening: Assistant Manager Training & Development

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Training & Development.


Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in training and development roles.

- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement training programs and initiatives.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops.

- Assess training needs and design curriculum.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.

- Collaborate with various departments to identify training requirements.
